Rental Information
Delivery and towing information
- $99 exclusive delivery for Silent Valley members staying 4 nights or more at silent valley club.
- Delivery is Provided by distance from Indio 92201 with a $149.99 minimum Delivery includes full turnkey delivery with setup of the unit and rented equipment, full teardown and removal of the rented unit and equipment at end of reservation.
- we offer Pickup and Dropoff on select travel trailers.
- A qualifying tow vehicle must be approved for a self towing reservation
- A daily insurance addendum will be made avalibel to a self towing reservation that must be completed.
- Optional roadside insurance is offered for a worry-free adventure.
- Driver must have a valid Driver's license and be at least 35 year of age to reserve and pick up a reserved trailer for self-towing
stocked items and cleaning Information
- a $149* prep, restocking and cleaning fee is added to all reservations to Ensure the unit has been cleaned top to bottom and stocked with all included consumable items provided.
- All units come stocked standard with Bedding for all beds (fitted sheet, Flat sheet, pillows and Pillowcases), Bath towels, toilet paper, tank treatment, hand soap, kitchen utensils, plastic ware (cups, plates, forks, knifes, spoons), coffee cups, coffee pods with Keurig coffee maker, toaster, paper towels, salt N Peper, Roku for all TV's, one guaranteed full bottle of propane.
Reservation Information
- Units require a minimum reservation of 3 nights, A 4 night minimum is set to all major Holidays including July 4th, thanksgiving, new years... A booking for 1 or 2 nights is possible with a 3-night charge.
- A $1500 security hold is required on all rentals.
- 5+night stay has a 20% discount applied at reservation
- 6+night stay has a 25% discount applied at reservation
