• Minimum Stay: 3 nights (4 nights on major holidays: Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s).
• Shorter Stays: We understand not every getaway fits into a three- or four-night stay. If your plans are shorter, we’re happy to accommodate when possible — simply by covering the standard minimum. That way, you still enjoy the full comfort and convenience of a turnkey RV experience, even on a tighter schedule.

Traveling with dogs? With breed approval, up to two dogs are welcome for $29.99 per dog. Renters are responsible for any additional cleaning or repair costs due to pets.

Delivery or Self-Towing Options

• Delivery & Setup: We can deliver, set up, and remove the RV at your chosen location.
• Self-Towing: If you prefer to hit the road yourself, self-towing is available with an additional insurance addendum.

This is a non-smoking unit. Any smoking inside the RV may result in forfeiture of your security deposit to cover odor removal and cleaning.

This is a perfectly designed couples rig or family rig, sleeps up to 4. Everything needed for any adventure, If that's on top of a mountain in cold weather (plenty of heat available in this rig) or in the desert heat (with two upgraded ac units) this unit was designed with four seasons insulation for all kinds of weather. walking thought the rig front to back...

MASTER BED We have a high quality, upgraded king-size memory foam bed with USB charging and dedicated AC unit, dedicated TV at the foot of the bed with a massive 6' mirrored closet and huge linen closet and under the tv we even have a full dresser with plenty of room to get around in the master. for those with pets there is even a dog kennel under the master bed (build is in progress so please confirm availability for booking).

BATH/SHOWER Moving into the bathroom we come to full size walk in with shower with seat, porcelain toilet and beautifully luxurious double vanity sinks with plenty of storage above and below the sinks, there is no lack of storage on this rig. There is more then enough room to change inside the shower and be able to spread your wings, this bath room is really one of the best you have seen on a RV.

KITCHEN we start with a large double door fridge and freezer that runs off propane or shore power. upgraded larger propane stove, most rigs only allow room to place a sheet pan into the oven, there is room for a roasting pot or whole chicken in this oven. island sink with storage draws and trash can built in, this kitchen has storage storage storage and more storage, with cabinets above and around the stove and coffee bar, there is also a full floor to ceiling food pantry. there is also a coffee bar with again... more storage.

REAR LIVING ROOM/DINNER TABLE Moving to rear of rig we have a massive open concept kitchen dining room living room with power theater seats pull out three-seater queen sofa bed and massive wrap around Windows for a beautiful view outside to your campsite, beautiful rear panoramic windows give you an amazing view of the outdoors and brings all that neutral light into the rig when you don't want to be outside.

OUTDOOR PATIO this unit comes with not one but two sunshades to roll out to fill the full length of the side of the rig for a massive outdoor patio living area with both having under canopy LED lets to light up the patio area at night. side hatch opens for a full-size glass front mini fridge for all your extra beverages you want to keep outside.

AC, this rig has amazing AC to keep the rig cool when its hot outside or in full sunlight (keeping your rig at a cool temperature inside is always a struggle with most RV's), the main ac unit has a upgraded heat pump to run off the campground's electricity for heat instead of using the propane furnace however that is also equipped with this rig and is a option if needed. Upgraded BTU fireplace will keep you toasty even on the coldest of nights with full four seasons insulation this unit really does do well in the cold and hot weather. this unit has a zero-tolerance smoking policy, any cleaning from smoke damage will be done and charged to the renter. pets are allowed with the renter taking the responsibility for all pet damaged to the unit. we reserve the right to cancel the reservation for mechanical break downs, staffing, repairs etc... we do everything possible to keep all reservations but if the unforeseen happens and rental is not available, we do hold the option to cancel based on uncontrollable circumstances.
